Adding a hint text pop-up to the field

gentlemen

i would like to provide the users with hints to help organize their answering questions

so i placed a hint icon and made a url link to this

would a light box be a better way ?? so that it pops up in the form itself....

To use a button, just simply use the lightbox class from your lightbox embed code on your buttons code. Example:

If you would like to add some hint text, you might consider trying a Hover Text option of the form field.

It will display when the mouse hovers over the field.

It is designed for text, but since you can add HTML tags it might be possible to inject the images.

Example:

our interaction is typical of what i have come to expect from jot form, for
that reason i am not sure what is going on with the questions as listed
