Why I am not receiving notifications on my forms ?

    When I put my email to make the sending test, does not reach the message.

    I checked your email in our email logs and I saw that it ended in our Bounce list, the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from ig.com.br

    I removed it from our bounce list so you should receive your submissions now.
    Also, please check this guide on how to prevent such issues. What is also helpful is to Whitelist our Domains.
