Unable to upgrade?

i am not able to upgrade my account. I have an Indian visa/mastercard debit card. please help.

May we know what error you are getting? If you could provide us a screenshot of it, then that would help us better. Please do make sure that the debit card and the bank allows you to make transaction and there's no limitation. You can contact them for further help.
