It is possible to view the email history for your form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
This will show which email notifications and which were not. It seems yours were previously failing but are now being delivered. I am not sure if you have made any changes on your end, but the notifications look to be working at this time.
