Can you please help, my clinet is not recieving any of his forms? Can you explain why this might be?

Hi,
I think the problem is about your sender email. You should try changing your sender email to noreply@jotform.com. This sould work. You can also check and see:

The reason you're not getting notifications is because the email recipient (info@pilingopera****.co.uk) landed in the bounce list. This happens only when the receiving mail server rejects the email sent by JotForm. Here's a screenshot:

Also, please contact you email service provider and ask them to whitelist the IPs and domains found on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
