diabetesedAsked on September 6, 2016 at 12:15 PMOne other thought. Is it possible for you to go into the quiz and add
conditions so the user could see test answers as they fill out quiz.
They sent me instructions on setting up conditions but I couldn't figure it
out. It didn't work for me.
It is only for 5 questions. We just need it as an example to show users at
conference tomorrow
I appreciate your help! -

Yes, that's possible.
Here's an example: https://form.jotform.com/62491672230958
I suggest you clone this form so you can check its conditions and setup. Feel free to play around with the conditions.
If you only want to show the results on the last page, you can do that by placing all the text elements into the last page. You can achieve that when you use a page break tool - this divides your form into multiple pages. Page break is under Survey Tools.
With regards to getting the total number of the correct answers, simply assign calculation values on the radio button/checkbox/dropdown options. 0 for incorrect answer and 1 for correct answer. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Then sum the field with calculation values using the form calculation widget. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
If you need further clarifications, let us know.
