Form changes

We are considering using your forms in our business but have a crusial question. If we make form changes we have discovered that the changes are met online but not in the forms to receiver - is this correct? And is it possible to make it more smoothie?

Do you mean that when you make a changing on the form, the form already embedded your website will bee updating automatically without embedding it again to your website? If so, yes any changing on the form will be reflected to live form except for embedding with source code.
