Customers not finding a submit button on both desktop and mobile

    Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    If that still does not allow for the full form to show, let us know and we will be happy to help you adjust the frame to fit the fully form.
