I have always used my hotmail to receive reservations. All of a sudden they are not coming, although they are being sent to a secondary address upon submission.

In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender. Here are our domain names:
