people who fill out this form are not getting the notification. any idea why?Page URL:

I have tested your form and checked the email log for the email address I selected in the field "Your Email *", I can see the email is being sent properly:

Also, if you're still not getting emails, please ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, maybe there is some security that does not allow the intended email addresses to receive the email.
