Let's say, you are trying to clone the form shown in the image below:
In the image above, you will see the form URL, https://form.jotform.me/61202311366442, inside a red box. You will copy that URL and use that to clone the form to your MyForms page as shown in the guide provided by my colleague, BJoanna.
Once, you've cloned the form, the clone version of the form will appear to your MyForms page as one of your forms.
