JotForm is not available

    Hello,

     

    I'm getting a warning message 'JotForm is not available' or similar. It happens very often.

    We got only 700 submissions. Our plan is for 10K.

     

    Also, I noticed that many changes that I made are not save. I guess I was working quickly and it has been overwritten by auto saving. This is big problem. I agree that auto saving is a good solution but if I have to check if my changes are saved or not it's very very frustrating. This should be fixed. It's annoying. I have to spend x 3 of my time to check my work.

    Please check what's going on.

    Hello Maja,

    Our sincerest apologies. I believe what you're experiencing is due to the temporary issues on our server, however, it should be fine by now.

    We had a problem with Google Integration recently that creates overloads on our server and it has been already fixed. If you keep on encountering this problem, let us know.

    About the missing changes you've made in your form, you can recover them on revisions history. You can simply revert to the version which you think has the most updated changes.

    You can also disable the autosave function if you prefer, just right-click anywhere on the form area (white section), this will bring down the context menu, select "Disable Auto Save" to disable it.
