I am not getting emails when someone fills out the placenta order or childbirth class registration. Can you tell me why or how to ensure I get these emails?

Your email address is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting emails from JotForm.
I have removed it now from the list. You should be able to receive new notifications now. I checked your form and I can see that the notification is configured correctly.
