Is it possible to retrieve information in fields of a form that were deleted after submissions were made?

We have a form set up to register for a walk.  From Aug - September 12 it was possible to register for a free shirt.  Because we didn't want to offer the tshirts after midnight last night we deleted those fields on the form.  Now we are not able to access t shirt size information on any of the registrations.

The data will most likely be restored if you revert the form to its previous version. It can be done via Revision History tool.
