Credit card info is blocked out.

I have created a form to receive shipping and payment information from customers however when some customers fill out the form their credit card info is automatically blocked out and all I can see is the first and last 4 digits of the number.  I need to fix this asap.

Please allow me to inform you that collecting credit card information using plain text fields is strictly prohibited on Jotform. It is considered a violation of our terms, and as such any fields that collect credit card numbers will be replaced with number signs (#).

I would suggest to delete the fields that collect credit card information on your form to avoid getting autosuspended by our phishing detector.

If you want to collect credit card information without charging it, you will have to use one of the available payment integrations such as Stripe or Paypal. You can check out our guide here on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
