hello, I just submitted an application we use yesterday and downloaded it today and it works wonderfully. However, I emailed it to my phone and opening it up on there, it is simply a PDF and is not editable. Is there a way for me to do this?
Also, I don't quite understand the pricing. I will only need to use this for once or twice a week. Can I just keep it on my computer and use it that much for free? Thanks!

Hi,
You have imported a fillable form on your JotForm account is that correct?
Please note that the imported PDF form can't be edited in our form builder, to use that form, you need to download it again after you have imported it successfully.
The imported PDF will take a couple of hours or on some cases days if the PDF form is quite long, please note that you need to import a fillable PDF form. You should have receive this email about it:
After you received an email about the PDF form being imported successfully, you can now start using it by first downloading it in your JotForm account. You will be prompted with these two options:
That is the main function of the importation of the fillable PDF form to your JotForm account, it allows you to collect the submission using the PDF itself. However, please note that you need to use Adobe Acrobat reader or Foxit to view the PDF form and for you or your user to submit it.
I strongly advise that you recreate the form using our form builder instead, that will allow you to use the form as an online form and will allow you to maximize the use of our features, widgets and apps. There is also an option to convert the JotForm form to a fillable PDF form as mentioned in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator
For the other concern that you have, please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/934325. I have opened a separate thread for it so that we can discuss it better.
Thank you.
