Do custom fields information is also get to sent to PayPal?

    When there are custom fields and you are using PayPal business, will the custom field information be sent to PayPal as well?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you let us know what exactly you are looking for and what you wanted to know? Are you referring to the fields present in the form apart from the Product list ? If so, not all the field information is getting sent to the PayPal page, the amount information and product information is getting pass to take the payment from the user.

    When using PayPal Standard, custom field text is passed over to PayPal on the backend so it can be seen on the PayPal Account.

    When using PayPal Business, that custom field text isn't passed. Why would this be the case?

    Thanks for getting back to us. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
