Why I can't reset my account password?

    I've tried twice - once this morning and once now, and I can't get a reset for my login passwork.

    I checked your email in our logs and found out that it ended in our Bounce list and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 <gcallard@edwm.org> - has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607

    I took necessary actions in removing your email from the Bounce list so you will be able to reset your password now.

    I would advise you to check this guide so you will be able to prevent this problem. Whitelisting of JotForm domains would help as well.
