I have whitlisted noreply@jotform and the other formresponse address. Is there a reason why I am not getting the notification email? I am using the training and certification form.

According to your account email history, the email messages are being successfully sent.
Could you please check your Junk/Spam folder via webmail to see if the messages are ending up there?

If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):
That will prevent such issues in future.
