Are you saying you'd like to present files to your users, which they can download?

Should these files be presented to your users while they are filling out the form, or only once the have submitted their response to you?

    1. If you want to provide files for download to your users, while they are still filling out your form, you can provide them with a download link of your files through our regular Text field:

    2. In case you wanted to provide your downloadable files as a kind of reward to your users, only upon filling out your form, you can instead provide the download link of your files either on the Thank You message of your form, or inside an autoresponder email:

Whichever of these two methods you decide to utilize, please note that your downloadable files should be hosted on your own website, or any other publicly accessible place. On a form, you can only provide clickable links to access/download your external files, but you cannot upload such external files onto your JotForm.

Let us know should you need any further clarifications or assistance. Thank you.
