We have to collect our customers credit card information for recurring payments and would like to create a form to securely collect this information. Can we create a encrypted JotForm for this purpose?

    Thank You!

Unfortunately, we do not allow collecting any sensitive information including credit card information, passwords, etc using the plain text fields on a JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and the accounts associated will be suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing forms.Since you want to charge them with recurring payments, you may consider setting a payment field using subscriptions. Please refer to the guide below:

You may also use PayPal/Stripe/Authorize.net payment field on your form so that you can enable the option to charge the customer later.

This would allow the users to authorize their credit card. You may charge the customer's credit card from your payment gateway dashboard. Please be noted that the credit card information is not stored anywhere with us or the payment gateway. The information received is encrypted and secured.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
