    Hello,

My company is both a UK Charity and we are in the Education sector.

-We already have a free Jotform account; however I am sending out a registration form which will require over 100 submissions. Therefore I will sign up for the Bronze account for 2 months, however, after the 2 months, I want to go back to the free account (as the event will be finished and I dont want to receive any new submissions after this date). Will I still be able to see / use the reporting features using the free account post event as I will need to see the statistics.

    Thanks,

    Thank you for contacting us.

All data will still be securely stored when you downgrade your plan. The only thing that will be affected will be the submission that you can receive per month.

However, your upload space can be over limit. For this case, I recommend you to create your report before downgrading your account and save them. Since, you may need to delete your old submission due to storage. Once you deleted your submission, the report belong to those submission will be blank.  Please also note that it is possible to download your submission as Excel, CSV, or PDF.
