Is there a way to track missing/deleted submissions

Hello

We are missing two submissions that were submitted a couple months ago. We know that they were in the system about a week ago but when we went to look for them they are no longer there. Is there a way to find out what happened to them?

Unfortunately, we do not log submission removals.

Do you have email notification of mentioned submissions? We can try to see if submissions are present in our system by getting their submission IDs from email history.
