The invoice section is not appearing under the Account/Pricing page and I need a copy of the invoice for our records.

After reviewing the account information again; I noticed that we are on the Free Plan. According to my supervisor, we possibly had a different plan in August and are hoping to receive the invoice for that month.

You can always view your current or past invoices by following this guide:
I've checked our records for your current JotForm account, youngt, and this account seems to have never been upgraded. Please keep in mind that you have to be logged into the account that was upgraded in order to see its invoices.
I see that the JotForm account of your supervisor is account with username morenom, and this account is still on the paid Economy plan. In order to see the invoices of that account, you or your supervisor would need to be logged into that account, and then follow the above linked guide for accessing the invoices.
For security reasons, we cannot provide these invoices to anyone else, not even to sub-users, and the invoices are only accessible by the main account - in this case, account morenom.
