Still saying I reached my quota despite deleting the submissions.

    This is not helpful. I have deleted all submissions and then deleted forever from the trash. It still says I’ve reached my quota.

    Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I went ahead and checked your account and I can confirm that the Upload Space limit is already updated. No worries, I activated your account so you should be able to access your forms now. I would suggest clearing your browser's cache to help.
