Still saying I reached my quota despite deleting the submissions.

This is not helpful. I have deleted all submissions and then deleted forever from the trash. It still says I’ve reached my quota.

Please help.

No worries, I activated your account so you should be able to access your forms now. I would suggest clearing your browser's cache to help.
