Email Auto-Responder based on condition: Why it is not sending even when the condition is met?

Another problem I am encountering is that the Autoresponder emails that I created are not being send out when their conditional logic is met. And that is a crucial function of the form. 

I have just tested your form and I can see emails are being sent fine, this is the condition that I have tested:
