How to create a "Add Another Project" Button based on previous field(s)

I am looking to create a creative brief with an option at the end to "Do you want to add another project" with multiple fields....that are based on previous fields.  So, there is room to create multiple project requests at one swing.

It would be a dropdown with multiple options: Print, Web, Infographic...etc...and when selected, it would produce another set of fillable content for that specific category.

I want to avoid have to make multiple copies of each category with multiple fields.

The only way that I can see will be adding multiple fields to your form then show those fields based on conditions, here is a guide that will help you with that: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

If you would not like to add multiple fields to your form, then you may also use one of our widgets that will help you to get multiple entries in your form.

Here is the link to the widget's category where you will find those that allow multiple entries:

This guide will help you to add a widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

    Hope this helps.
