It's saying form has been deleted but I haven't deleted it

Hi, there seems to be a problem with a new form I'm creating. When I try to preview it, it says the form has been deleted. And it won't show up when I use the embed code either. The form is there, but it's saying it is not there. Please could you advise? It's called PuddingFairyForm. And I made a clone of it too to see if I could get it to work that way. But it doesn't work. Thank you.

No, that isn't the right form. That is the clone that I made. Then deleted. The form is PuddingFairyForm. But it seems to be working now. Maybe it was just a glitch.
