Hello........I will using the forms 6 month a year.  It this time I am not sure how many people will use the form to sign up for the event. I it turns up to be 100's then I can decide which package is best. My main question is

Am I limited on how many sign up and can pay with PayPall ?

Also can I get a copy of the registration form emailed to me automatically when some sign up?

    Thank you.

    Hello David,

Free users are limited to receive only 10 payment submissions (any form that uses a payment gateway except a purchase order field). The 100 submissions per month is for regular submissions only. So the limit is set to whichever ceiling reached first, then the account shall be temporarily suspended and shall automatically reactivate on the beginning of the next month.

However, for paid subscriptions, the number of payments the user can receive is the same as the regular submissions limit that they are allowed to receive per month.

With regard to receiving email alerts: Yes, by default your forms have a setting to automatically receive an email notification as soon as you receive a submission. But further, you can modify your email alert settings such as changing the content or the recipent email addresses, and likewise even create an autoresponder email which sends to the person who made the submission, an email. You can refer to this guide for more information on email notifications and autoresponders: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
