How do I get a checkmark to show on the radio buttons?

To get that effect, we have a widget called Line Radio buttons
I hope this is what you are looking for.

mreinanReplied on September 27, 2016 at 5:46 PMIt doesn’t. When I am in the designer section of creating a form there is the radio button options. They show a dot and a check. I want the checkmark and not the dot.

Hey Matt, I'm assuming you're referring to the radio/checkbox templates you see on the Form Designer:
As you would have noticed on the short clip above, the check design only applies to checkboxes (and the dots to radio buttons respectively). It was designed that way to preserve the traditional way of representing these 2 input fields ever since.
As a gentle reminder, it may create confusion to your end-users since everyone is used to seeing radio buttons as dots and checkboxes as checks.
Nonetheless, if you really need a check icon for a radio button, as an alternative, try the widget suggested by my manager https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/line_radio_buttons
