Jot form responses aren't going to my email.

    I would receive emails before with the information from the Jotform, but for the past month I haven't been receiving them.

    I have checked some of the email addresses you're using in your forms and I found only one of them in our bounce list, the emails is info@m*******t.com and the reason why it was in our bounce list is below: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from instagram.com

    I have removed it and you should receive emails now, I would also suggest you to follow this guide in order to check if an email address is in our bounce list, if you find it in, then you may remove it in order to get emails: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    I will also suggest you to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, this way you avoid emails being blocked because of any security filter, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
