Why are my customers also getting an email when I submit my jotform?

    When I submit the jotform my customers and I both get emails from jot form when we accept payments. That looks unprofessional from our company. Customers are calling us back and accusing us of being a suspicious company because of the emails. So what can be done to resolve this?

    we are getting the jotform email and so is the customer

    how can we make it to where only we get the email?

    You can delete the autoresponder email. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.

    One more thing, you are collecting credit card information using our plain text fields. Please note that we do not allow forms like this. We consider this as phishing which is against our Terms of Use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/). You may consider using our payment tool and enable authorization if you want to collect a payment at a later date:
