Not getting email notifications to my Inbox.

I've set up my forms to send a notification email to my email (kidschanceok@kidschanceok.org) and everything was originally working.  However, I had to convert my website from Wordpress.com to Wordpress.org so that I could add merchant services.  My email address and web domain are through Go Daddy and my web hosting service is BlueHost (I couldn't use Go Daddy to host the site as they don't play well with WordPress).

Since the website will be public next week and people will begin using the forms, I decided to test everything again today.  I'm not getting the emails to the above email address.  However, when I change the notification email to other email addresses, I get the information to those Inboxes.

I have spoken to Go Daddy and Blue Host and have learned...

that BlueHost  'requires that my forms have either server settings or email settings for the forms to send from my website.'

Can someone help me with this please?  I need to begin using the forms on the website next week.

Your email address kidschanceok@kidschanceok.org was added to the bounce list, which may be why you didn't receive the notifications. I have now removed it from the list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.

To prevent further bouncing related issues, please follow this guide: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues. I would also suggest you contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist jotform's address. You can check out the list here: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.

If the issue persists, please let us know.
    Regards.
