What is your max file size?

The maximum file size that you can upload on your form is 1GB. If you integrated the form with Dropbox, then the maximum file size is 300MB. Files over 300MB are not forwarded to Dropbox, but you can still download them from your JotForm storage. However, please note that Free accounts can have an upload space of 100MB, so if you want to receive files with larger sizes, then you may need to upgrade your account to a higher plan.
