How can I succesfully embed the survey?

Dear Jotform,

I have made a survey but there is a problem with embedding it on the webpage. When embedded, the survey looks good but when clicking submit, nothing happens. the submit button starts loading but nothing is sent. Do you have any tips on how to solve this problem?

I was able to replicate the issue. I did a test submission in your webpage and the submit button got stuck on the "Please wait..." message.

The solution here is to re-embed the form using the Iframe method. It is possible that there are script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
