    Hi,

I tried looking for the JotForm on your website page http://www.wrightstripes.co.uk/ but I could not find the form.

Can you please guide us on the steps to take to see your form on the website. We will check further once we identified your form.

    Thanks.

I apologize, after checking thoroughly again I found your Contact Form https://www.jotform.com/form/81865039546

I test submitted and it work just fine.

It seems the issue was only happening on the website due to issue on the embedded form.

I suggest you remove the currently embedded form and then re-embed it again. But this time use the form iframe publish code to add to the form on your website.

    User guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Make sure to remove first the previous script of the form before you add it back again using its iframe code.

Hope this help. Let us know if still not resolve.
