I am having the same issues and have reported it over a week ago.
I also just replied back to another user having this problem.
There seems to be a more general problem at Jotform's end that is causing this.
Clearing the browser cache does not help.
It seems to be working intermittently.
I can sumbit my forms fine, but I have had numerous customers call saying they are getting stuck on "Please wait"

It looks like you have multiple posts regarding the same issue. Please note that even though users can experience the same issue, this can often be due to different causes. That is why we address each case in their own separate threads, in order to avoid confusion and address each user with the proper workaround or specific fix.
We have raised your original post regarding the "Please Wait" issue to our backend team for further investigation, and I see that my colleague has posted a reply just recently. If we hear any news from the developers, we shall update you on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/940989. Thank you.

It appears to be a common problem for many users, why not discuss it in ONE thread so we know when it it fixed.
I posted this about 10 days ago and it still hasn't been fixed.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We do understand that this issue is occurring for multiple users. However, since each user have different forms and different setups, widgets, and fields in their forms, we need to keep each thread separate. This also helps us to find out the amount of users who have reported the issue. Rest assured we are keeping track of all the users who have reported the issue. We will update all the threads once the issue has been resolved. Thank you.

So what do I tell my customers who haven't been able to sumbit their children's school enrolments now for over a week?
Should I tell them to go back to using paper forms because Jotform is too unreliable to replace paper?

Since the workarounds suggested on your other thread did not work, all we can do for now is to wait for the update from our development team. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
