Form Isn't Emailing Two Sections Of The Form Anymore

    Our forms have stopped emailing two sections on them that are mandatory fields. When I log into I can see the field on the forms, but when it emails two lines are missing. I have attached a screenshot so you can see. Please fix it ASAP.

    Hello waynemuir,

    Have you made changes on your email alert after you have reported this matter? If not yet (and since I can't find any issues with the template variables), can you try creating a new email alert instead?
