Sorry but we oath to answer questions one user issue per thread so we suggest sticking with your thread as much as possible.
It was an isolated case actually and has been handled by one of my colleagues. It was probably related to the widgets issue we had a few days ago which was fixed by our devs. This issue is also form specific so it is not affecting all users. So far we had about 11 users reporting about this issue and they have all been informed about the fix last day.
