How to show quantity and dollar amount for each item in the custom payment form

In this form I calculate the total amount for each item ordered in a calculated hidden field. Is there a widget that allows me to simplify this, so that the customer can see quantity and dollar amount for each item ordered? I used to use PayPal's products to accomplish this, but then I had no record of products ordered in separate fields in my submissions. (All orders and amounts were concatenated into one ORDER field to send to PayPal.)

I assume you were referring to your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62296818120153

I checked the form but I am not able to understand yet why you need to use custom payment method to get the calculated amount.

The reason why you can only get a single field of payment data in the form because it was using only the Custom Amount/Donation payment option.

If you want to have a detailed and breakdown of each item in the payment result, you can just use the Products payment option. And then use the 2 features described below to breakdown each items/product into details.

    #1 Use Special Pricing - https://www.jotform.com/help/265-What-is-Special-Pricing

    #2 Use Sub Products - https://www.jotform.com/help/264-Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option
