How to have both PayPal and invoice sending options on a form

    Hello!
    Is it possible to create a single conference registration form where the user can opt to either pay with an integrated paypal form or be emailed an invoice for the event.  

    Fields would look similar to:
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Name (required)
    Organization (required)
    Billing Address (required) (street, city, state, zip)
    email address (required)
    Phone number (required)
    I will be attending section: "a", "b", "c", etc (Radio buttons - Optional)

    Pay by paypal (flat fee) OR
    Pay by check (Send me an invoice)
    Submit.
