bravuraAsked on October 5, 2016 at 12:14 PMThis is from one of our form users. We have now had three reports of this same issue.I have filled in the application for my students, went over to verify all the info. I did the robot thing, and pressed SUBMIT, but it said there were errors in the application somewhere. So I went back and checked it again, but found no errors. So the robot thing had to be done again, but this time, the box doesn't allow me to get in to see what I'm supposed to select among. So this time I can't even get to the robot verification. If I disable the ReCaptcha widget now, will it cause other submission errors? Maybe I should just delete it?We have successfully been using the ReCaptcha widget on other forms, although they are much simpler and not multi-page forms with hundreds of skip-logic conditions.THANKS!

I cloned a couple of your form to test and was able to submit both a few times without issue. The ReCaptcha does not appear to be causing any issues at this time. I tested your embedded form as well, I was redirected to PayPal for payment:
Disabling or delete the widget will not cause any problems with your form. If for some reason it is still not working on your end, you can remove it from your form.

Thanks!
I also cannot recreate the problem, but we just received a message from another form user that she cannot submit. I wonder if it's because they are on antiquated devices and/or operating systems. For the moment, I will remove the widget. -

Occasionally, some devices can have issues with script embedded forms. Replacing your current embed code with your form iframe code will ensure that at least, that is not the case:

Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.
