Create a short quiz with customized profile based on result.

Hi there Jotform team!

I'm in the process of creating a sort of assessment for my website to be used as a lead magnet. In it, the people will answer a 3 option question where each option has a value.

After, the values are added up and according to the score they are provided with a profile.

I'd like to know if this type of test/assessment is possible to make in jotfomr and that it adds up automatically!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You may consider checking out our Quiz Form App. It should help you to provide scoring for the individual and total score.

However, if you would like to add a custom message based on their score, you may instead use to combine Calculative Value and Form Calculation to generate the score. Then, you may utilize Conditional Logic which will help you to change Thank You page based on condition.
