Hi, I share a form so that my client can see the submissions. She used to be able to see these but says she cannot see them any more. Please could you check this / advise? I'm attaching a screen grab of the user sharing. It's the second one in the list, form number 778035 (firstname.lastname@example.org user).

We're sorry for the problem you had. I've checked the email email@example.com and I've seen the email was in bounce list as you can see the screenshot below :
I removed the email from our bounce list and you will be able to retrieve emails normally now.

The email address is now removed from our bounce list. So, you can re-send the invitation to your client.
Please try re-sending the invitation email.
Once you re-send the invitation, you can actually check if the email address is added to the bounce list again. Here is how to do that:
