    Please go to the billing section of your account: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. And click on the "Downgrade" button at the bottom side of "Free" plan:

    I have cancelled your subscription as per your request.  You will retain your paid user benefits until October 18th, 2016.  At which point your account will automatically be downgraded back to a Free account.
