How to view only the emails from new submissions?

i am having to scroll through the emails and print them out and we are printing duplicates. is there a way of just printing the NEW ones???

The newest submissions are showing in first place; however, if you want to view only unread submission emails you will need to do it though the interface of your email service provider.
