Whole form gone

    I was working on a form, or better said, i was done. Then the whole form reset to its start setup and everything is gone. Is it possible to restore it?

     

    This i the form as it is now:

    Tried to begin again, but have no time now.

    Hi Rens,

    I checked your form on your account and I couldn't see any error in your form. Don't you see your form fields on your Form Builder?

    As you can see in the image below, there are some changes on your form. Do you want to revert back to an earlier version of your form? If so, please follow the guide: How to view form revision history
