We have an integration with Dropbox, here is the link to the guide where you will find the steps to integrate your form and set the folders names, as folder name you can use a form field too: Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm
However, if you have an existing folder in your form where you want to send the uploaded files, then this will not be possible, with our Dropbox integration you can only create the form in the integration wizard where the files will be sent to.

If you want to send the files to an existing folder in your Dropbox account, then no, that's not possible.
In the integration wizard you can only set up the main folder name and the subfolders names as well, but you cannot choose an existing form in your Dropbox account.
When you complete the integration the main folder will be created in your Dropbox account.
