Hello. I asked earlier about being able to cap submissions and I did receive a response, but it was'nt really related to what I need. On the form, we have options for people to choose to attend workshops - there are 10 workshops and three sessions (morning, midday and afternoon) for a total of 30 workshops. Each workshop can have 25 people attend. Is there a way to remove a workshop option once 25 people have selected it and submitted their form? For example, if 25 people chose to attend the Liz Brennan workshop in Session 2, is there a way to then disable that from being an option. This would have to be a function I could attach to all 30 workshop sessions.

If this cannot be done in the form as a condition, can I manually alter the options in the form once it has gone live and remove an option once I know that a workshop has been filled at 25 people?

    Thanks!

    Jess

I believe the Appointment Slots widget is perfect for your requirement. This widget allows you to limit how many people can choose an available slot. Once that slot is full, it will automatically be disabled. Here's a demo so you can see it in action: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43352010062942?
