As far as I understand, you do not want registrars' file submissions to be sent you via e-mail. If so, open your form for editing. Then, at the top of the window, there is "e-mails" section in order to edit your e-mail related issues. After clicking, you will see "Notifications" option; and then, again click on "Edit" button of the option. At the right hand side, under "Notifications", you, as a recipient, please turn the "Send Uploads as Attachment" off.
Please refer to our user guide as well on how you can remove the Notification/Autoresponder email on your form.
Please take note that removing all of the email notifiers will prevent you getting any email alert on the the form submissions.
